The Vacation Rental Apartment, is a cozy, well-equipped facility perfect for 1-5 people. The view from the dining room table is of the creek and the large Cedar, Spruce and Hemlock trees. The pine floors and ceiling give this brand new vacation rental an Alaskan feel and a perfect place to call home during your stay in Ketchikan!

The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, one with queen, one with 2 twins. There is also a futon couch in the livingroom to accommodate additional members of your group.

Rates for the apartment are $119 + tax for double occupancy and $15 + tax each for 1-2 additional guests, $25 + tax each for 3 or more additonal guests. Weekly, monthly, or extended stay rates are available.
